There are a few things to consider with the bank statement: is your bank on our supported list for this feature, is it connected via the Banking feed feature, do you have electronic statements turned on through your bank's website, and are you using QuickBooks Online Plus or Accountant? If you can say yes to these things, then you should be good to go. When it comes to the supported banks, however, it's also important to note that whether you have the option may also depend on account type. If you're certain you should have the option to download the statements but aren't seeing it, try these troubleshooting steps to rule out browser, app, and Internet issues.
