Thanks for joining us in the QuickBooks community page. I'll be happy to assist with your credit card bank feed. This QuickBooks Online feature is quite useful and I want you to be able to use it without interruptions.


First, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies by following the steps in this community article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1771580-how-do-i-clear-my-browser-cache-and-temporary-internet.... This process will remove old internet data and resolve loading and display issues in most websites.


If you're still having issues with the bank feed, feel free to contact us. A QuickBooks Online specialist will verify your account and take a closer look. Here's how to reach us:

  • Phone: 1-833-317-2226 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET or Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET
  • Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (same as regular phone hours)
  • Social Media: Facebook and Twitter from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET
  • Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Start a Chat
