Is there a way to change the ending balance on a reconciliation that is not completed

The reconcile workflow in QuickBooks Online is built to simplify the way you keep your books balanced and eliminate the stress involved. Connecting your bank accounts makes this especially simple, and helps you get through it without breaking a sweat. You can easily make changes to a reconciliation in progress, and I'll be happy to show you how. 

It just takes a few easy steps to update the ending balance on an ongoing reconciliation:

1. Click the Gear icon and select Reconcile.
2. Pick your Account then click Resume reconciling.
3. In the upper right, select Edit info.
4. Confirm your Ending balance and Ending date then click Save.

By following these steps, you're all set to reconcile with the correct balance.
