Removing matched transactions from the downloaded transactions list

In the mac desktop version: There used to be a window that would pop up when closing the window of downloaded transactions that would ask if I wanted to delete them. I checked the box that said something like "don't ask me again," but now I want it back. How do I undo that so when I close the window it will ask me if I want to delete them? Thank you.

Removing matched transactions from the downloaded transactions list

Hello serair,

Thanks for joining us in the QuickBooks community! Since you're using QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, you're likely using the US version of the program as there isn't a Canadian version of QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. You can learn more about that here: Is there a CA version of QuickBooks Desktop for Mac?

If you do happen to be using QuickBooks Desktop Canada, check out this hub about Bank Feeds to learn more about the feature. It starts with Get started with Bank Feeds for QuickBooks Desktop. Preference settings such as "Warn when deleting a transaction or unused list item" may also be something you can take a look at. Find this by going to the Edit menu, then choosing Preferences. The option I mention is available in the General section under the My Preferences tab.

For US support, this page lets you know how you can get in touch: Contact Us. You can also ask this question again in the US section of the community by switching the flag you see at the top of your screen from the Canadian to the US one.

I hope that helps! Have a great rest of your day.
