Thanks for reaching out and letting me know what error you're seeing on your QuickBooks Desktop bank feed. The bank feed is useful tool for bringing your transactions into the program so you can sort through everything all in one place, but sometimes we encounter errors such as these. Allow me to explain this one.
If you happen to be using RBC, the OL-222 error is an on-going issue between the bank and QuickBooks Desktop in which the program can't quite read the file correctly. Don't worry though, we're working side-by-side with RBC's team to figure this out. Our friends over at RBC have information about timelines and updates, and you can get in touch with them via their Customer Service support page.
If it's not RBC that you're seeing this error for, I've got an article you can start with to try to resolve the error yourself: Troubleshoot Bank Feeds Web Connect import issues and errors. Otherwise, our phone support team would be happy to lend a hand. Call 1-877-772-9158. Pro and Premier support have agents on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
