ProFile Support hours of operation and closures

A note regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic...

With the current recommended changes in work environments and precautionary measures put in place, it has been challenging to maintain optimal staffing levels for our telephone support teams, resulting in longer-than-normal hold times. But we can assure you that we have plans in place to support you during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our support teams have modified our hours and remain committed to helping you during this extended tax season. If you need ProFile support we recommend using our Community site, live and recorded webinars, and our Live Chat option (see below).
