It's good to have list of all your customer emails. I'd be happy to show you how to run a report which shows you how to get that info in QB Online.
Here's how:
- On the left panel, click Reports.
- Type Customer Contact List in the search box.
- Click the Customize button located in the upper right-hand corner.
- Under Rows/Columns, click the Change Columns link.
- Put a check mark on the Customer and Email box.
- Click Run Report.
- You can export the email list by clicking the Export icon next to print and manipulate them there.
