Our logo is still Showing up small when sent but big in preview

Hi there, 

QuickBooks Online makes it easy for you to customize the look and feel of your sales forms. This is an essential part of the branding of your business, of which your logo plays a large role. I'd be happy to explain how you can change the size of the logo, and what to do if this change doesn't seem to stick.


The first thing you'll want to do is review the following article: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms. Try editing the current logo to reset the changes. Here's how: 

  1. Select the Gear icon on the toolbar.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Find the template you want to edit, then select Edit under the Action column.
  4. Go to the Design tab, then select Make logo edits.
  5. Select Show logo, then change the size and placement as you desire. Note: The height and width can’t be changed.
  6. Select Done.

I'd also recommend reviewing the section at the bottom the article called FAQ, as well as Common issues.

 

If you've been able to change the size of your logo and it's not registering when you send the forms, try some browser troubleshooting to ensure there's no browser-related issues causing bugs. 

 

Try clearing the cache and cookies to give your browser a reset. Stored Internet files build up over time as you browse, and they can cause bugs and other issues with sites like QuickBooks Online. If the issue continues to persist, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs separately from the rest of your browser, and it doesn't store cache and cookies the same way a regular browser would. Here's how to use it: Browse in private

 

You can also try using a different browser all together.
