Customers cannot enter letters into postal code field when paying with credit card on a mobile device.

Only numbers may be entered into the field.

The workaround is that the customer has to use a PC (the field allows numbers & letters to be entered when using a PC)

Or they have to copy paste their postal code into the field if they only have a mobile device or tablet.

Seems like a simply oversight, but it does create a lot of frustration for both parties.
