Attempting EFILE-Getting error EFILE#1003

Newby here. 

Got my first T2 return EFiled no problem. Shows as received in the CRA My Account.

Now attempting to file the T2 for the same company for the subsequent year. When attempting to transmit, the CRA message indicates non-acceptance......"error EFILE#1003". Also indicates that I must answer "NO" to "I want to sign up for Online Mail for my T2 account" but when I go to the Info form in ProFile it prevents me from answering NO. How can I override or correct this issue?

Hi, thank you using Intuit ProFile Community

The question on the Info tab box 088 is a CRA required question that must be answered yes or no. You should be able to able to answers yes or no without an override unless the file is locked. Uncheck the locked check box in file-> properties to see if this is the issue
