Resolution

  1. Open the T1 return in ProFile.
  2. Press the Function key to display Form Explorer.
  3. Type form name T1139 in the Form field.
  4. Press the key on the keyboard to display form T1139 on screen.
  5. Select the Form menu on the main menu bar.
  6. Select Delete Form to delete T1139.
  7. Select File > Properties to display the File Properties dialogue.
  8. Remove the checkmark from the CRA Errors box on the File Properties dialogue and select OK to close the dialogue.
  9. Select EFILE on the menu bar and then select EFILE this return.

Your return will now file successfully.
