Option to internet file slips in the FX module is greyed out

The slip is greyed out and has an EFILED status when trying to use the Internet file slips... function from the FX module.

Resolution

  1. Select the Properties option from the File drop-down menu in the top toolbar menu.
  2. Change the Slips Status to Ready to file from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select OK.

4. Select Internet file slips... from the EFILE drop-down menu in the top toolbar. The option to Internet file the slip is available in the pop-up window.
