ProFile users encounter a Signing authority does not match error during EFILE of a Business Consent Authorization form.
Resolution
The signing officer's name on the return's Info form does not match the information that the CRA has on file.
Review the signing officer's information on the Info page of the return and confirm the names (including middle name or initial) are correct and match what information CRA has on file.
Make the necessary corrections, and EFILE the form again.
