I'll help clear things up for you regarding printing pay cheques from QBO with Advanced Payroll.
Advanced Payroll does not give you the option to print pay cheques directly from the system. With Advanced Payroll, you're encouraged to use the direct deposit service, but you don't have to if you'd prefer to issue paper cheques outside the program.
With Standard Payroll, you can print pay cheques directly from your QBO account.
