When setting up QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll, it's important to follow all of the steps outlined in the following article: QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll - Getting started. I recommend reading through this article to make sure each of the steps are completed. If you're still having trouble, I recommend getting in touch with the QuickBooks Online tech support team via one of the following options.

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
