Direct deposit: my status has been at "Waiting for approval" for a couple days even after I confirmed the test deposit. Action says "None. What do I need to do?

Thanks for joining us in the QuickBooks Community! Setting up direct deposit is so exciting. I'll help make sure you're on the right track to complete your set-up. 

 

If you're using Standard Payroll and you've followed all the steps for setting up direct deposit up until the test transaction, you should be ready to have your employees fill out the Direct Deposit Authorization Form. If you're using Advanced Payroll Powered by Wagepoint, take a look at this article: Set up QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll. This article will give you all the step-by-step instructions on how to complete your direct deposit for Advanced Payroll. Ensure you review each step to confirm that you haven't missed anything vital.
