How many employees can we add into the system?

Hi there, 

 

I appreciate you reaching out to the Community. I'd be happy to answer your question about payroll. 

 

QuickBooks is designed to efficiently handle 150 employees. Although you can add up 250, it's recommended you keep it in the 150 - 250 range. In case you need to add employees to your account, here's how:

 

Add an employee

  1. Select Employees.
  2. Select Add an employee.
  3. Enter the employee's information.
  4. Select Save.
