Based on your description, it sounds like the payroll has already been processed. If this is the case, you'd have to wait until the funds have been deposited in the employee's accounts. From there, I recommend having your employees refund the money back to you or save it for the next pay. There isn't a way to stop a Direct Deposit pay once it has been processed.
