How can I opt to prevent employees from seeing their paycheck info before payday by updating QuickBooks Workforce preferences? How do I access Workforce prefrences?

That's not helpful. I'd like my employees to get their pay stub on payday not when I run payroll...is this possible? Is there any settings for workforce as an employer?

I can appreciate wanting your employees to only see their stubs on a certain date. At this time, QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll's Workforce centre doesn't have the option on either the employer or employee side. The email about the pay stub will be sent as soon as the payroll process is completed in the program.

I recommend leaving feedback about this by heading to the Gear icon and choosing Feedback from the available options. We're constantly on the lookout for ways we can enhance what the program can do for business owners. The product development team receives the comments submitted and considers them in future updates.
