Using Payroll in QuickBooks Online truly streamlines your workflow. Direct Deposit makes it even easier for you to ensure your employees are paid. There's a really quick and simple way to see whether or not your QuickBooks Online account is set up for direct deposit. I'll help guide you through it.
Click the Gear icon, and select Payroll Settings. Next, click Direct Deposit. If you get a screen that says "Yes! Let's get started", that means you haven't yet set up direct deposit in the account.
