When I entered the balances on each employee prior to using Quickbooks online, I made a mistake on amount of the EMPLOYER contribution balance on one employee.
I need to edit the amount (I have done subsequent payroll runs in QBO) so the T4 for the employee and the T4 summary will balance.

In creating payroll adjustments, you have to contact QuickBooks Online Customer Care (Canada). An agent will check your payroll account and will help you make some corrections. They have more tools and resources to edit or correct your employee's T4.
