It wont let me enter a SIN for an employee

Hello,

 

Setting up a new employee in QuickBooks Online is a really simple process that requires just a few steps. I know how vital it is to be able to enter and save all necessary employee details, especially their SIN which is needed to save them in the system. If you're unable to enter or save a SIN during the employee setup, I'll go through a few troubleshooting steps you can try. 

 

Try clearing the cache and cookies to give your browser a reset. Stored Internet files build up over time as you browse, and they can cause bugs and other issues with sites like QuickBooks Online. If the issue continues to persist, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs separately from the rest of your browser, and it doesn't store cache and cookies the same way a regular browser would. Here's how to use it: Browse in private

 

You can also try using a different browser all together.
