It's essential that your payroll information is correct, and unexpected changes to your payroll data is unusual. I'll help point you in the right direction for support with this. 


The only time any type of payroll information is updated or adjusted is if you've submitted edits to our Payroll Corrections team. If you're not aware of any changes that were submitted, please consult with any other users on the account to ensure this wasn't submitted without your knowledge.
