Can I use Payroll the same day that I subscribe to it after the trial period?

I can access my payroll information, but cannot add anything.  Payday is coming soon, and I can't input the hours that my employees have worked.

Can I use Payroll the same day that I subscribe to it after the trial period?

Thanks for the reply.  I was able to chat with online help this afternoon.  They told me that this is a known bug.  He was able to help me with a temporary workaround, and the issue is being investigated.  I'm up and running now.

To do this, let's try logging to your account in an incognito window using Google Chrome as your main browser. Here's how:

 

  1. Launch Google Chrome. This works best with QB Online.
  2. Press these keys together, CTRL + SHFT + N. This will get you to an incognito window.
  3. Log in to your company, then try running a payroll.

 

If you're able to input the hours that your employees have worked, that means it's a browser issue. I'd suggest you go back to the main browser and clear cache. Then, restart your browser for the changes to take effect.

 

If this is still an issue, try using another browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.
