Salary part

Hello again daniald,

It's great to see that you're exploring the ways you can enter your payroll into QuickBooks Desktop's Payroll add-on. It sounds like you have a fairly unique situation and I know that can be a bit tricky to sort out. I'll point you in the right direction to get a hand with entering payroll for your divisions.

I see you were asking about using classes in your last post and my colleague Nick gave you some suggestions to work with. For what you're trying now, it'll help to be able to see your setup and the exact steps you're taking to enter the payroll into the system. For that reason, I recommend reaching out to support outside of Community. Community is fabulous for more direct answers, but when we need to go more in-depth, the phone support team is the perfect solution.

Check out the Intuit QuickBooks Desktop software support policies to learn how to connect with an agent, who can use tools such as a screen share session to see the steps you're taking and get you back on track. Please note that due to staff reductions, current support hours for all versions of QuickBooks are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

All the best to you!
