Re: The pay period is wrong on the first pay. Can I change it but everything else stays the same?
You’re unable to edit the pay period of your first payroll. However, you can delete the paycheque, and recreate it with the correct period. If there are paycheques that come after it, you need to delete them first. This process is done per employee.
From the left menu, select Employees.
Click the name of the employee and choose Pay cheque list.
Click on the latest paycheque and choose Delete.
Select Yes to confirm. You can do the same process until you're done.
Please be sure to keep a copy of your employees' pay stubs for your reference.
