Why can't I run my payroll?

Running payroll is an important part of operating a small business. Getting your employees paid without the hassle is what QuickBooks Online is all about, and I want to make sure things are working as intended. I'll help shed some light on this for you and offer a few tips to get you back on track. 

 

Depending on the type of roadblock you're running into, the situation may be caused by the browser you're using. Sometimes the stored Internet files in the browser can build-up and cause bugs in the background of the websites you're visiting. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser by following the steps here: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

 

If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that operates separately from the main browser, and it doesn't get impacted by stored cache and cookies. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in Private. You should also try using multiple different browsers.
