Can I sent a payroll slip to each employee?

Yes, Barbara. I've got the information for you to send pay slips and generate reports with the paycheque details for each employee in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To send payroll slips to each employee and send via through email, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Payroll menu and select Employees.
  2. Locate the employee and select the Paycheque list tab.
  3. Choose the pay cheque you'd like to email, and open it by selecting the Net Pay amount.
  4. Click Print.
  5. This will open a PDF version of the pay stub. Save the file to your desktop.
     

Once done, Attach the saved pay stub file to an email and send to the appropriate employee. Then, you can see the process below to pull up a Payroll Detail report to see the pay cheques you've created, including the amount, taxes, and deductions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the Payroll menu, choose Employees.
  2. Search for Payroll Details report.
  3. Customize the report to modify it according to your payroll needs specifically the employee you want to see the paycheque details.
  4. Click Run report to save the changes.
