Thanks for your answer. I am a bit surprised because normally, in all other applications I use, ads or tips are displayed just once, not every time I log into the application. The fact that ads are modal pop-ups forces me to close them each time I open a session. I don’t understand why you imagine I will go through the 5 same steps each time I enter QBO (or click the X to close at step 1). It can indeed be useful to force it just once in order to ensure that we understand the new features. But not each time during several weeks.
This (with some other features I don’t consider as improvements) makes me switch back to the old UI. It is unfamiliar for me as I am normally an early adopter quite open to change. But unfortunately this new QBO design is not a success for me.
