Ensure that all FINTRAC forms are filled out accurately, Xavier6.

If you receive an error message related to FINTRAC or QuickBooks Online (QBO) compliance while attempting to process payroll, it may be due to incomplete or inaccurately filled FINTRAC forms. It is essential to review all submitted forms to ensure that you meet the FINTRAC requirements.

 

I also recommend contacting our Live Support Team to confirm your submission and investigate the cause of the error. They have the tools and resources to check this issue thoroughly. Here’s how to get in touch with them:

 

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. On the upper right-hand corner click Help.
  3. Select the Search tab, then type contact human enter.
  4. Then click Contact Us.
  5. Choose either the Chat or Callback options.

Given that the last direct deposit was completed on 06/11/2025, and today is 06/24/2025, you may still proceed with payroll despite the error messages from FINTRAC. However, if there is a hard block on payroll processing related to direct deposit, the only option available will be to process a paper cheque.
