Hi there, I use QBO Online CANADIAN version with Workforce. How do I log into Workforce as an administrator? Is there any way to turn OFF the "available time off"?

Hi there, I use QBO Online CANADIAN version with Workforce. How do I log into Workforce as an administrator? Is there any way to turn OFF the "available time off"?

I understand how crucial it is for you to log in as an administrator in QuickBooks (QB) Workforce, deed-glacierwest. Let me explain how QB Workforce operates.

 

Currently, there is no feature to turn off the available time off in QuickBooks Workforce. However, employers can manage their time-off policy through their QuickBooks Online Payroll account. 

 

Every workforce account is linked to the specific Intuit account used when it was created for QuickBooks Workforce. Only the person who owns that account can access it. Therefore, if the administrator didn't sign up for this account or use another Intuit email, accessing it won't be possible.
