You can easily resend QuickBooks Workforce invitations right from your payroll settings by sending your employees a reminder.
Here's how to do it:
- In the left menu, go to All apps, select Payroll, and then choose Employees.
- Select the specific employee who needs the invite.
- Go to the Permissions tab and verify that the email address is correct, and then select Send reminder.
Your employee will receive a new invitation email. Since they previously mistook the message for spam, it is a good idea to remind them to check their junk or spam folder if the email does not show up in their main inbox.
If an employee needs to use a brand-new email address instead, you can cancel the original invite and send a new one.
