I'm here to assist you with your concern regarding the stat holiday pay base rate not updating to 1.5.
In QBO, you cannot change the stat holiday base pay rate to 1.5; it is fixed at 1.0. As of now, there is no update on when this feature might become available. However, as a workaround, you can set up another overtime pay item with a fixed hourly rate that is not variable and does not get affected by the holiday rate setting.
