QuickBooks Online enables you to manage user permissions, for the receipt feature. You can give standard users permission to forward receipts. Here’s how.
1. Go to Transactions, then select Receipts (Take me there).
2. Select Manage forwarding email.
3 Turn on the toggle for the users you want to give permission to forward receipts.
Note: If you haven’t set up users yet, select Add new user. They’ll appear after they accept your invite.
4. When you’re done, select Close.
