Thank you for your reply. In fact, i called 2 or 3 weeks again your customer care team. I was helped to apply

the partial payment to the Payroll taxes. I asked Mary to send me support of how i can calculate the breakdown

of a short payment of payroll tax she promised to send it but i didn't receive anything from her side.

As mentioned above, the best course of action is to speak directly with a member of our Customer Care team.  Only they will be able to pinpoint the cause and effect of the short payment, with your QuickBooks Online Payroll tax.
