You can update information, including YTD amounts, while setting up employee profiles, Reg. However, once payroll is submitted, the option to edit YTD amounts is unavailable.
In this case, contact our Live Payroll Support Team to update the information for you. They’ll collect the necessary details and make the corrections promptly. Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- You can use the QB Assistant by entering your question or topic, or select Search, open an article, and then press the Contact Us button.
- Select a topic or enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
- On the "How would you like to connect with us?" page, choose either Have us call you or Chat with us.

Otherwise, connect with them directly through this website. Simply choose your QBO product, then select Continue.
