Employees may come and go from your business for a variety of reasons. QuickBooks Online helps you navigate these business changes by making it simple for you to reactivate inactive employees. I'll explain how you can do that.
1. Click the Employees tab.
2. Select Inactive employees from the drop-down menu next to the search bar on the Employee list.
3. Click on the inactive employee, then select Edit employee.
4. Select Employment at the top of the page.
5. Change their status to Active.
That's all there is to it. Now your employee is active again.
