Hi there, Patrick.

You can check the Payroll details Report in QuickBooks to find out when you last gave your employee a raise.

Currently, there isn't a direct way to view the specific date you changed an employee's wage. However, you can manually check when their gross pay changed by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Search for the Payroll details report.
  3. Filter the date to include the period you want to review, then find the employee.

Please note that you'll need to manually compare any changes in gross pay with the total regular hours. If the total regular hours have remained the same and the gross pay has increased, without any special pays (such as overtime or bonuses), that indicates when the employee received a raise.

For more information on running and customizing reports, you can read this article: Run payroll reports.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.
