Hey there nbstaxes,
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I love that your client wants to make the move from Kashoo to QuickBooks Online. I know they'll love the functionality and features that they'll have at their disposal once they're set up. It's great that they have you on their side to help them through the migration process. @Fiat Lux - ASIA has pointed you in the right direction, but I'd like to expand on this a bit to ensure that the process is as clear as possible.
When migrating from software that's not owned by Intuit, it'll be necessary for your client to get their hands on .CSV files of their data. Fiat Lux - ASIA has provided an article with some tips on that above, but the team of support experts at Kashoo will also be able to provide you or your client with the steps to take to export data via .CSV or Excel. Once you have everything saved, you'll be able to import it into a new QuickBooks Online file.
You can use an importer tool or App as suggested in the reply above, but QuickBooks Online allows you to import by navigating to the Gear icon, then selecting Import data. You can choose between Bank Data, Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts, Products and Services, Invoices, Journal Entries, and Bills. The process is fairly straightforward, by selecting the data that you're looking to import you'll be provided with an Import Guide and templates to review so you can ensure that the files exported from Kashoo are formatted correctly. I've included a few articles below to get you started:
There are plenty more resources where these came from, so make sure that you're taking advantage of the search function here in the Community to look for keywords such as "Import" or "Journal entry". You'll just want to look for the tag for QuickBooks Online below the title to ensure that you're reading an article for the right product.
If you have any other questions about the import process, please feel free to drop another line here in the Community. I'm here to help make this process as smooth as possible!
I purchased Transaction Pro and try to migrate but encountered way too many issues. What’s the 3rd party conversion service?? I’m interested!

I have tried to manually transfer my data from Kashoo to Quickbooks, and I've tried SaasAnt Transactions as well, and it also isn't able to transfer my data.
With both methods, there were hundreds of errors that I manually fixed in each excel or csv file, only to still have it all fail once uploaded to quickbooks.
I am honestly at a loss, there are thousands of lines of data for both income and expenses, and I've spent hours on this. I have only a few more days before I lose access to my data on Kashoo (it's already downloaded) and I cannot figure out how to get it to be on Quickbooks.
It's like two totally different accounting languages the programs are speaking.
Can anyone help?

Export your Kashoo data including chart of accounts, banking data, clients, products, and payables & receivables to a CSV file and upload it to QBO manually or use a third-party import tool. You can also consider migration service with a free demo import.
