Hi there, Dila. In QuickBooks Online, there are some paycheques you can't delete yourself. Additionally, it's possible that the paycheque has already been transferred to your employee's bank.
Please note that QuickBooks processes paychecks two banking days before payday, at 5 PM PT.
Since you’re unable to delete it on your end, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support team. They can access your account and assist you with deleting the paycheck.
Here's how:
- Click the Help button (?) in the top left corner.
- Select the Search tab and type in Contact Us.
- Choose either Callback or Chat to speak with a representative.
