It won’t let me add payroll to my account

1. Open your QBO account in the new incognito window or other QuickBooks-supported browsers.
2. Head to the All apps menu.
3. Go to the Payroll section on the left-side menu of your QuickBooks dashboard. 
   
4. Scroll down to choose a plan that fits your business needs.

If the button is grayed out, ensure you are the Primary Admin. Standard users or custom users often don't have permissions to change subscription levels.
