my employees are unable to adjust their clock out times. this has been an issue for a few day now and no settings were adjusted

we have been using quickbooks for multiple years never had this problem

To help us identify the issue, is there a specific error message appearing when your employees try to adjust their time? This will help us provide you with the correct steps to address your concern.

 

If there is no error message and the option is gone, please verify your Company settings:

 

  1. Click the Company Settings menu.
  2. Select Time Options, then click the Time Entry tab.
  3. Check if the box Allow team members to adjust clock-out time is enabled.
  4. If it is unchecked, click to place a check in the box and click Save at the bottom right.                          image.png
