Hi angrynurse,
Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online Payroll is a valuable feature for paying your staff with confidence. When direct deposit is set up for employees, there'll be a lead time for submitting payroll to ensure it's deposited on time. I'll be happy to provide more information here, so you're on the right track with your work.
Based on the details you've provided, the best course of action would be to contact our payroll support team. This will provide them with the opportunity to review your situation in a secure setting from our end and provide any additional information that's available with regards to your concern.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to post them here. We'd be glad to assist!
I did a chat with payroll support who provided me with a phone number for payroll risk team. I then spoke to no less than 9 different people in Canada and the US and was passed around but noone is able to transfer me to the payroll risk people. I was twice provided with a link for payroll risk chat but the links are not active.
Support has been extremely poor and frustrating. I expect better from Intuit. I would like a phone number directly to payroll risk, not one that goes to an automated answer system.
Hi angrynurse,
It's important that you get the support you need and it seems we've missed the mark. I suggest contacting us using one of the methods below. We'll need to gather the necessary information in a secure environment so we can connect you with the Payroll Risk team.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
If there's anything else we can help you with, please feel free to reach back out. We'd be happy to help!
Did that. spoke to a very nice agent (number 11 of the day) who provided me with the same phone number as the others. The same phone number that I tried several times today that DOES NOT connect to the payroll risk department. He then proceeded to tell me that actually the payroll risk department does not talk to customers (which begs the question, why give out a phone number).
I will say that all of the agents I have spoken to today have been super nice and tried to be helpful and it seems like the company's processes are terrible and don't allow them to be as helpful as they (and their customers) would like.
In the end, still no resolution. No payroll this week therefore no use for Quickbooks. I will be cancelling the subscription.
I'd be sad to see you go, angrynurse. Your feedback about your experience is valuable and I'll make sure it gets into the right hands. Your time is precious and I'd like to steer you on the right path so you can get a resolution in a timely manner. In order to get to the bottom of this, I highly recommend contacting our support team outside of the Community. This helps keep your account info private from the public Community. You're more than welcome to keep us posted on how you make out. I'll be on standby.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
