Payroll setup: Paycheque printing preferences

With QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can choose how you want your pay cheques to print and the information that should be included on the pay stub.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Payroll Settings.
  2. Under Preferences, select Pay Cheque Printing.
  3. Review the options in the window and make any adjustments that apply for your business.
  4. Click OK.
