Welcome to Community! I can understand the need to cancel your QuickBooks Payroll service, when you no longer require it. However, it's important to note that you will not have access to any payroll information or associated forms, unless you resubscribe to the Payroll feature.
To proceed with cancelling payroll, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team outside of this forum. They will be able to assist you with the cancellation process from their end, to prevent future billing.
