QuickBooks is great for creating T4s and storing historical records related to your payroll. With our easy to use interface, you can easily navigate through the program allowing you to save time for the things you love. I'll be glad to show you how to access the T4 copies from 2017 and 2018.
To create a T4 in QuickBooks, follow the steps below:
- From the left menu, select Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
- Select Annual Forms under the Forms section.
- Select View Archived Forms.
- Click on the on the date in question and select View.
If you're not seeing forms from 2017 and 2018 don't worry, I'd recommend contacting our payroll support team for additional support using the contact details below. For more information on T4s check out this helpful article: Prepare T4 slips.
- Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
