Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community! QuickBooks Online makes running payroll a breeze - especially when you're using the Advanced version. With direct deposit and automatic remittances, you have more time to do the things you love.

I'd be happy to shed some light on the issue you're facing finding a match in your bank feed. There's a few things to keep in mind that might affect the bank feed from finding a match automatically. Some of these things include the date range and amount. I recommend looking at these specific details to see if that's where the issue lies.

Reconciliation is an important step - as you'll have to take note of the transactions that are currently in your bank but haven't been recorded in QuickBooks, and vise versa. If the above steps don't help to resolve your issue, I'd encourage you to review this article: Reconcile Hub. This resource gives you tons of helpful information you can use to sort out your transactions and proceed to a successful reconciliation.

Another article you can look into is in regards to adding/matching your bank feed transactions. This article also goes through some additional troubleshooting steps you can try if your bank transactions won't download, or QuickBooks matches the wrong transactions. Take a look at it here: Match and categorize your downloaded bank transactions.

If the transaction is still unable to match, I recommend reaching out to our phone support team at 855-253-1536 from Monday - Friday, 9am - 8pm EST, and Saturdays 9am - 6:30pm EST. These agents have the ability to remotely share your screen, and they can look into some account-specific details.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Cheers!

Thank you.  I have done all of that.  It should automatically match to the Bank download transactions but did not the last payroll.  I will need to contact Support and see why it did that.  Thank you
