Hi there, @maximus0927,
Right now, we're unable to add your Presidents Choice MasterCard with QuickBooks Online.
You can send a request to add your financial institution (FI) so you can download your bank transactions. The approval is based on the number of requests to establish a relationship with Intuit.
Here's how:
In the meantime, if your bank supports the following file formats:
Then, you can download and import your bank transactions to bring them into QBO.
Should you have follow-up questions, please let me know. I'm always around here in the Intuit Community to help.
This card has been unable to connect for almost a year and they are raising the rates (AGAIN!!)
Stop telling us how awesome you are QB and start actually proving it.
Hi there,
Allow me to chime in here and offer some support.
I know price increases can be challenging for small business owners, and I want to assure you that Intuit did not take this decision lightly. It's our top priority to continue innovating and improving our products so that you're able to focus on the thing you love most -- running your business!
With the newest update, we've incorporated new features, such as multilingual invoices and the ability to track labour costs by project. Something to look forward to soon is also the ability to capture and automatically match receipts to expenses, and more.
Here's more information regarding the price increase so that you're in-the-know: QuickBooks Online Price Increase for Canada - August 2019.
Let me know if you have any other questions for me. I'd be happy to help.
Have a great day!
Please add PC Financial to download transactions, as the other user said it has been a year and still no connection after numerous requests for it to be added.
It worked before, please contact PC Financial as soon as possible to become integrated with them again. It is extremely time consuming to add individual transactions one by one. The reason I pay for Quickbooks is solely to download these transactions from my credit card company.
Hi there,
I know having the option to sync to your bank account in the Bank Feed is important. For certain Financial Institutions that aren't compatible with QuickBooks Online, you can manually import your transactions by following the steps listed here: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
I'm going to pass along your feedback about this to our engineering team for review. We're always looking for ways to improve our products.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers!
I would also like to be able to add PC to QB and Mint. Please make this happen.
Hello Annie1234,
Thanks for your interest in being able to connect your PC Mastercard to Mint in addition to QuickBooks. To connect your financial information from PC in QuickBooks, take a look at the steps outlined above to manually upload your transactions. Let me know if you have any questions about this process.
Mint is great for keeping track of your personal finances. As a separate product from QuickBooks, it's important you're connected with the right team to make sure your voice is heard. I recommend sharing your desire to connect with PC with Mint support, which you can access here: Intuit Mint Help
Have a great week!
This has been an outstanding issue for several years now and still no results, but definitely the yearly cost keeps increasing. Really don’t think I’m getting what I have to pay for. Maybe Quickbooks needs to look at trimming the manpower back like other US companies and focus on resolving real issues.
