I know the importance of quickly accessing the total hours worked by your employees, Maggie. I'm here to guide you with viewing the information you need.
The total number of hours can still be seen at the bottom part of the weekly timesheet. See the attached screenshot for reference.

Since the total hours aren't visible on your end, consider clearing your browser's cache, as it can become filled out and cause issues when working on any online applications. I suggest running QuickBooks Online in a private or incognito browsing mode to help your computer run optimally and regain some storage space to continue working seamlessly.
See these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Once you open a private window, log into your QBO account and see the total hours again. If successful, clear your browser's cache to improve performance and minimize technical issues. Exploring other supported browsers can also be beneficial.
After tracking and managing your employee's time, you can run a payroll to compensate them.
