After the client has input and saved their T1 information, they will not be able to make any modifications on their own. However, the admin or the person who invited the client can manage address changes on their behalf directly from the client’s tab. Here’s how:
- In your QBO, navigate to Clients.
- From the Overview section, locate the client you wish to manage and click Edit client.
- Change the client's address to the Billing address.
- Once completed, hit Save.
